Profile executed an equity-driven campaign designed to meet people where they are: online, in their neighborhoods, and in their own language. Through multilingual toolkits, updated digital platforms, and grassroots outreach, we made participation easy and accessible. English and Spanish focus groups, countywide surveys, and interactive “idea labs” created space for honest dialogue, ensuring the community’s vision shaped the future of transit in Gwinnett.
