The Challenge
The PROPEL Center, a national innovation and workforce development hub, set out to expand its reach to all 104 Historically Black Colleges and Universities and more than 300,000 students nationwide. To succeed, it needed a communications strategy that not only raised awareness but also inspired students, faculty, and partners to see PROPEL as a gateway to future career opportunities.
The Approach
Profile led a national strategy to spotlight the PROPEL Learn app and high-impact initiatives like the Cybersecurity Consortium and the Arts & Entertainment Accelerator. Through targeted outreach and compelling storytelling, we amplified PROPEL’s innovation, elevated its visibility, and showcased how it creates meaningful pathways into emerging careers for HBCU students.
