With commuting patterns transformed after the pandemic, The ATL needed to reimagine its Xpress commuter bus system, not only modernizing routes and service but also rebuilding trust and confidence among riders who rely on it.

The Approach

Profile executed a coordinated 13-county campaign that combined grassroots and digital tactics to reach potential and current riders and employers. Through a project landing page, FAQs, newsletters, webinars, and tailored stakeholder toolkits, we made information accessible and participation easy, creating transparency and giving riders and employers a real voice in shaping the system’s future.
